You will be deeply involved in complex customer challenges, working alongside Sales and engineering teams to translate application requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
Main Tasks:
- Work directly with customers to understand application challenges and define viable solution concepts
- Provide on-site application support and technical guidance during evaluations and implementations
- Act as a technical lead in complex customer engagements and strategic opportunities
- Translate real-world requirements into structured technical specifications and solution architectures
- Support Sales in pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and solution validation
- Contribute to technical positioning in competitive situations
- Capture and translate voice of customer into actionable insights for product and technology decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, and the Application team
- This is not a typical lab or support role
- Strong customer-facing component with regular on-site presence, primarily within the Europe region, with occasional international travel
- Focus on real-world applications, not theoretical concepts
- High level of ownership in strategic opportunities
- Technical decisions have a direct impact on commercial success
